n French bank insurer Natexis Assurances (part of Groupe Banque Populaire) has implemented predictive analytics technology to better target its lead generation campaigns. The company achieved a 50% reduction of the direct mail volume, and increased its returns on campaigns by 109%, which is EUR 1.6 million of additional revenue on a single campaign.

n Predictive analytics helped holiday and financial services provider Saga in the UK to achieve $1.5 million additional revenue on just two marketing campaigns, by marketing to new and promising customers that were not usually targeted, which enabled the company to continue to grow the size of its business.

n Financial services provider Rabobank deploys predictive analytics to create and execute targeted direct marketing and lead generation campaigns. As a result, the company has considerably increased the success rate of its actions, while decreasing the completion time for campaigns by two to four weeks.

n Leisure company Center Parcs Europe implemented predictive analytics to move to very small, highly targeted and event-driven campaigns in order to maximize the occupancy of its holiday parcs. Using the software, the company has reduced direct marketing costs by $1.5 million, whilst increasing revenues by another $1.65 million.

n Financial institute Spaarbeleg (part of AEGON) has generated $30 million additional sales in its service call center in one year, using predictive analytics to deliver realtime recommendations to its call center agents during each customer interaction.
